					<description>I liked this post... I actually think I might pick up this book. It's easy to beat yourself down sometimes and not have any confidence in what you've accomplished, but at the other extreme, it's also easy to get so full of yourself you're just an ultra-competitive blowhard nobody wants to work with or even be around. I think it's good to recognize the signs of both and work on feeling and portraying healthy confidence instead. Thanks for the tip!</description>
